A G-TRAC2 MANUAL
General Manual Revised: 03/15/99
3. Ensure that the switch for direction of rotation and the mounting are the same for the existing and
replacement motors if equipped with rotation switch.
4. Now that the motor is at the beginning of its stroke, when you unbolt the existing one and install the
replacement, tighten up the linkage at this same spot so that the marks are properly aligned.
5. Having done the above, when you restart the unit the stroke of the new motor should be the same as the
old one, thus the combustion set up should be the same and not need adjustment if it was burning
correctly before.
6. If time permits, check for combustion values noted in Section XXII to ensure proper combustion.
XXV. MISCELLANEOUS NOTES
• If the flame relay has sensing problems at low fire, the low fire rate is probably set too low.
• If the flue gets black check the high and low fire O
2
. If these are okay check the selected air fuel ratio curve
selection.
• Check the O
2
through the combustion range. It is still possible to have a bad set up.
